Estate Administration
Simple estate administration can be managed by the individual(s) you appoint as your successor trustee(s). He or she will take inventory of your assets, pay your final bills, sell assets (if necessary), have your final tax returns prepared, and distribute remaining assets according to the instructions in your trust.
