IMPORTANT NOTE: We use the professional Notary Dash platform to schedule vetted notaries and signing agents through our company Trust Delivery Agents. All notaries are bonded, insured, and background checked. The notaries are required to scan back copies of all completed jobs to the secure notary portal. If you are a company, you will have the option to upload your signing documents for the notary to download. The notary will in turn upload a signed copy back to the portal. Real Estate related documents go back to the company, while in most cases Living Trusts stay with the signer(s).

I would like to set up a complimentary Notary Dash account for future signings.

For attorneys: I authorize the notary to scan the signed documents and upload the file in PDF format to the Notary Dash portal. If the signing is in my office, there is no need for notary to do anything further after scanning. If the signing is out of the office or at the client’s location, I will require the notary to send back the signed deed and preliminary change of ownership form back to me for further handling. I will upload a Fed Ex or UPS label along with the documents for signing. I release the notary and Trust Delivery Agents from any and all liabilities having to do with not filing the deed that funds the trust.

For individuals and couples who created their own trust through an online platform or outside service, or through an attorney who did not provide a notary: I authorize the notary to scan the signed documents and upload the file in PDF format to the Notary Dash portal. I will provide the email address to send my signed trust to and I will take the steps to fund the trust by myself. I release the notary and Trust Delivery Agents from any and all liabilities having to do with not filing the deed that funds the trust.

Acknowledgment & Authorization

I understand that the Legal Document Assistant, notary or witness assisting with my document(s) is not an attorney, cannot select forms and does not give legal advice. I hereby direct the Legal Document Assistant, notary or witness to perform certain services as instructed by me. I further declare that the foregoing information which I have provided is, to the best of my knowledge, true and correct.
